Art Club for Adults - Painting: Next Steps

Extend your painting skills and knowledge with Debbie!

This is a relaxed and friendly course, with all materials and drink included in the cost. Come along, learn some skills, meet new people and most importantly, have fun.!

This is a 6 week painting course on either Fridays 2 to 4pm from 24 February to 31 March 2023 or Saturdays 1 to 3pm from 7 January to 11 February 2023.

Suitable for adults who have completed “Introduction to Painting” or those with a little drawing and painting experience, even if it was a long time ago! Email weareoverthemoon@gmail.com if you want to check if this course is suitable for you.

In this course you will:

• Learn simple acrylic painting techniques
• Be introduced to basic colour mixing and colour theory
• Paint from reference photos progressing to painting directly from observation
• Look at and discuss artists' work

Debbie is also running 6 week drawing courses  on either Fridays 2 to 4pm from 6 January to 10 February 2023 or Saturdays 1 to 3pm from 25 February to 1 April 2023.
