Want to help? These are some things you can do:

The festival is FREE entry, but if you can chuck in a donation towards our running costs it would be greatly appreciated. You can use or donate by cash or card on the day. Big thanks to everyone who has already donated and sponsored us.

We are trying to be as eco friendly as possible. The decor uses reclaimed materials from The Scrap Space. We would love you to take your rubbish home or if you can’t manage that, put your glass and cans in the separate bins provided for recycling.

If you can spare a couple of hours to help, things that you could help with are: decorating the marquee on Friday afternoon, doing a 1.5 hour stewarding stint during the festival (you need to be DBS checked), packing away on Sunday morning. Email if you’d like to volunteer for any of this.

Please support out local shops and cafes by buying your food and drink from them and take your rubbish home if you can. If you need to use the bins on site, please separate your glass and cans so they can be recyled.
